Your key. Or Kept’s AI.
Bring your own supported AI key and pay your provider directly. Kept AI is an optional monthly allowance for photo analysis and search, available when enabled for your workspace. It is never unlimited or silently billed beyond your allowance.
With AI pairs Starter with 100 photo credits, Studio with 500, and Business with 2,000 each month. The toggle includes that allowance in each displayed total. AI remains a separate monthly subscription, so you can change it independently. Allowances reset monthly in UTC with no rollover or automatic overages.
A clear three-day trial.
No card is needed to explore. After the trial, choose a subscription to keep editing and uploading. You can still sign in, manage billing and export your records. We don’t automatically charge you without a checkout agreement.
Prices in AUD. Tax treatment is confirmed at checkout. Annual storage plans are charged yearly; AI is charged monthly, including when storage is annual. Storage counts original photos, extra views, profile images and evidence. Downgrading never silently deletes your collection.

Is Kept just for photography props?＋
No. Personal and Family focus on things, places and boxes. Business and Media add projects or shoots, bookings, checkouts and returns.
What is a hub?＋
A private collection for a home, team or purpose. A workspace owns its hubs, subscription and shared storage allowance. People only see the hubs they are permitted to access.
Do I need AI to use Kept?＋
No. Add, name, locate and search items manually. AI can help describe photographs and improve search when a supported connection is enabled.
What happens after three days?＋
Your trial ends. A subscription or an admin-granted free period is needed for new edits and uploads. Your existing records are retained, and billing and exports remain available.
Can my team have its own branding?＋
Yes. Workspace administrators can customise the name, logo, backgrounds, colours, buttons and typography. Each person can also save their own view.
Can I change plans?＋
Yes. Manage your subscription through Billing. Checkout or the customer portal shows any proration before you agree to a change.
