Your account and content

Use your own email and password, keep access secure, and only upload content you have permission to store and process. Workspace owners are responsible for their hub invitations, membership permissions and appropriate use. You retain ownership of your collection. Kept needs permission to store and process it to provide the service.

Trial and paid access

Your first workspace receives a three-day trial with no card required. After it ends, editing and uploads need a paid subscription, a valid complimentary period or a founder grant. You can still sign in, browse existing records, manage billing and export as an administrator. Creating more workspaces does not restart a trial.

Storage subscriptions

Prices are in Australian dollars. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions renew yearly. Stripe Checkout shows the plan, price, tax treatment and first payment date before you agree. No subscription charge is authorised by account registration alone. Plan changes and any proration are shown through billing management.

Managed AI

Bring your own provider key and pay that provider directly, or choose a separate monthly Kept AI allowance where available. One successful photo analysis uses one credit; a text query uses 0.001 credit and indexing is included. Allowances reset by UTC calendar month, do not roll over and have no automatic overage charges. Provider failures refund credits, though safety budgets may still pause calls after uncertain costs. AI results need human review.

Cancellation, downgrades and refunds

Use Workspace → Billing to manage cancellation through Stripe. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period. A storage downgrade below current usage stops new uploads without automatically deleting files. For billing mistakes, service problems or refund requests, contact support. Nothing here excludes applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

Complimentary and founder access

Complimentary access has an explicit expiry. Founder access has the storage and, where awarded, bounded AI allowance shown in the grant. These access grants are distinct from paid subscriptions and can be suspended or revoked by an authorised platform owner with an audit record.

Operational records

Reservations, stock counts, AI measurements and condition reports help your team work together; confirm the physical item and its condition when using it. Historical inventory and privileged-action records are retained to preserve accountability.

Contact kept.app.au@gmail.com. Kept is a public beta. Subscription checkout identifies the seller and displays the recurring amount before you confirm. Optional services are available only where shown as active. Email delivery is not required to register or use your existing hub; private invitations and administrator-assisted recovery are available.
